Troubleshooting: If your fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode, it is normal for it to start oscillating after one hour as this is the default setting. If this is not happening, please contact our service team for assistance. During installation, ensure that the screws are aligned with the flat surface of the motor shaft and not the curved surface to avoid reduction in air output. If you are experiencing issues, it may be due to a timer being accidentally set. Double-check and try adjusting it again. Make sure to verify if your fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode or manually set to screen off. When the screen is off, the operation panel enters a semi-sleep state to prevent unintended touch. Press the panel twice to wake it up and adjust the settings accordingly.
